  When ordering fish at a restaurant consider that the larger fish that have eaten all the sardines, squid, baby fish, or vegetation in their lives have a higher Mercury content inside their bodies. Bill fish like Swordfish and Sailfish have eaten a lot of sardine bait balls in their life time.
